The pole that came down had a transformer on it

The transformer was one of the old black one and had PCB in it hazmat had to dig up the front yard of the house this was 4 days after the pole came down not good

WILLIMANTIC HAD TO SET THE LADDER TRUCK UP TO GET HIM DOWN SHUTTING DOWN THE BRIDGE FOR 30 MINUTES

THE MAN WAS INTOXICATED AND IF THE MAN WAS TO FALL IT IS ABOUT 35 FEET TO THE ROAD AND 55 FEET TO THE RIVER
