Willimantic fire dept had wires down on engine 201
there was a tree down with a pole and wires with smoke in 88 chestnut st
The pole that came down had a transformer on it
The transformer was one of the old black one and had PCB in it hazmat had to dig up the front yard of the house this was 4 days after the pole came down not good
